Privacy notice

Updated October 6, 2026 · Version 2026-10-06.1

HomeHello uses ClientBridge360 to operate this website and manage inquiries. ClientBridge360 is the operating name used for this service. Contact us at yungterror66@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

When you submit a request, we collect your name, email, phone number, city, ZIP code, request details, and the preferences you choose. Home project preferences can include estimated home value and window or door details. Vehicle preferences can include make, model, budget range, trade-in preference, and purchase timeline. Water test requests can include what concerns you about your water, your water source, and when you would like a test. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, or credit applications.

HomeHello requests also ask whether you own or rent the home, the approximate year it was built, and how long you have lived there. HomeHello works only with homeowners: requests for rented homes are not saved, shared, or sent to contractors.

Contact and referral permission

We use your request to arrange follow-up and manage the inquiry. The single required checkbox authorizes ClientBridge360 and independent window and door contractors to follow up about your request through live, manually dialed calls or email, subject to applicable contact restrictions. It does not authorize automated dialing, marketing texts, or artificial, AI-generated, or prerecorded voice calls. You do not have to buy anything.

Our form is a referral request. By selecting the required contact-and-sharing checkbox, you agree that we may sell or share your contact and request details with independent window and door contractors offering the services you requested. We may receive payment for that referral. Agreement to this permission is required to submit the online referral request; no purchase is required. This permission does not override Do Not Call restrictions or authorize automated dialing, marketing texts, or artificial, AI-generated, or prerecorded voice calls. Any additional permission needed for a contacting business or method must be obtained separately. Previous requests retain the choices and disclosure version recorded when they were submitted.

We keep the disclosure text and version, your checkbox choice, the phone number and email you entered, the server receipt time, the form address without its query string, the network (IP) address the request came from, and browser user-agent information as evidence of the request. These records document what was submitted; they are not independent verification of the submitter’s identity or ownership of a phone number, and requests are marked as unverified until a number is confirmed.

Service providers

Our hosting, storage, security, and email service providers process information needed to operate the service. We use Resend for notification email when configured. Requests and do-not-contact entries may be sent to the customer-relationship management (CRM) software we use to follow up. Authorized administrators can access requests. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect against fraud or security threats.

Website measurement

We record page visits, browser-session identifiers, referral categories, campaign tags, device/browser categories, and approximate city, region, and country. The session count is not a count of verified people. Location is estimated locally from the network address. Traffic reports do not store raw IP addresses or your contact information. Traffic records are retained for 180 days. A daily, keyed hash of the network address is also used to limit form abuse. Local traffic measurement honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Administration on a different domain does not automatically exclude your visits here.

HomeHello also uses this approximate location, when a page loads, to show the nearest service area and its communities. Visitors outside our service areas see all of them. The location estimate is not saved for this purpose, and a city chosen through a link takes priority.

Where Google Analytics or Google Ads is configured, we request your separate permission before loading those tags. Google may then process page visits, advertising interactions, cookies, and completed requests. We do not include your name, phone, email, or project notes in measurement events. You can change the choice using “Privacy choices” on this page. Blocking measurement does not prevent a request from being submitted. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

Retention and security

Requests are kept for up to 24 months. After that, a scheduled job erases the name, contact details, address, answers and notes, keeping only counts for our reports. Requests an administrator deletes are hidden at once and erased the same way after 30 days. To show what permission was given, we keep the consent evidence described above (including the phone number, email and network address) for five years from the request, and phone numbers and emails on our do-not-contact list for five years from when they were added; then they are removed. Removing a record does not recall emails already delivered or copies already provided to an independent recipient or to our CRM. Server backups normally age out after approximately 14 days. We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Requests, corrections, and opting out

Email yungterror66@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, to withdraw sharing permission, or to stop contact. Include the website and the phone number or email used in your request, but do not send identity documents unless needed through an agreed secure process. You can also tell the person contacting you to stop. We do not require use of email as the only way to revoke contact permission. If you have received a text from us, you may reply STOP. When you opt out, we add your phone number or email to our do-not-contact list: it stops new requests with it on all our websites and is passed to our CRM. Requests must also be communicated to independent recipients that have already received your information.

Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or deleting information. The service is intended for adults in the United States. We do not knowingly solicit information from children under 18.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new date. An updated notice does not retroactively expand an earlier contact permission.
